Alex has over five years in operational, business, and quality management, data analysis, and marketing/sales. Her academic coursework and training included healthcare quality, patient-centered care, internal audits, and healthcare communication. Since starting at Decus in 2018, . Alex has supported numerous quality- and regulatory-related endeavors include managing internal and client document control systems, organizing Decus’s regulatory training, creating the first Requirements Management Planning (RMP) tool, and producing regulatory submissions. She continues to expand her experience in monitoring clinical studies and developing regulatory strategies as well as her knowledge of regulatory requirements. Alex received her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Biomedical Ethics from the University of San Diego.
