Senior Quality Associate

Florence’s familiarity with medical devices is added onto her extensive experience in biotech and Quality Assurance. She spent ten years working as a research associate in the biotech industry, and worked several years in Quality Assurance for a GMP/GLP contract laboratory, and in the food and cosmetic industries. Since joining Decus in 2016, Florence has helped establish client and the CQO Quality Systems and managed the monitoring of their on-going implementation. She also leads all document control activities for the company and has developed and led trainings, led audits, and worked on a variety of design documentation projects. Florence received her B.S. in Microbiology from UC Davis.
